Last Saturday our latest Defib was fitted at the end of Meadowlands on Horsehead Lane. This was a first for us as it was installed on the side of a domestic residence rather than a business. We recently became guardians and took ownership for the very first two defibs we bought back in 2018. These are sited at The One Stop Shop at Carr Vale and at Shirebrook Leisure Centre. Taking ownership means that we are now responsible for replacing pads, battery and the defib itself should they become faulty or be used, or reach their expiry date, something we have to plan and budget for, which is one of the many reasons why we are always so grateful for the donations and support you give us.These defibs were previously maintained by the company that provided them so we needed some way of showing that we were now the point of contact for them and designed some stickers to go on the front of the cabinets.We were absolutely delighted when Victory Imaging at Clowne produced them for us, completely free of charge! Thanks so much for doing this and producing them so quickly too!Thanks to everyone reading this and for the support you all continue to give us.
